Hi there, I’m Ka’li Adora
I'm an IMDHA-accredited Somatic Hypnotherapist and graduate of the Integrated Healing Arts Practitioner program at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. I've also completed advanced training in spiritual hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic healing, and past life regression.
When I began this work, I was often the only person in the room who looked like me. Yet I knew the need was there. Long before these practices were formalized, Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities were using trance, ritual, storytelling, and body-based healing to support transformation and connection.
The Adora Method™ is my contribution to that lineage.
Adora means "beloved." It's not something you have to earn. It's something you remember.
“We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our world.”

My Story
Growing up in a dysfunctional household meant I grew up with a nervous system that never quite felt safe.
For years, I searched for healing through therapy, meditation, and other modalities. While each helped in its own way, I still found myself repeating the same patterns.
Everything changed when I experienced hypnosis for the first time.
During a session, I connected with a younger version of myself and gave her something she had needed all along: safety. In that moment, I felt a shift that years of self-work had never really quite reached.
That experience changed the course of my life.
As I continued my healing journey and professional training, I realized many women shared the same struggle: they understood their patterns, yet still felt stuck repeating them.
That realization became the foundation of The Adora Method. This somatic and spiritual approach helps women create lasting change by working with the subconscious mind, nervous system, and inner wisdom.
Today, my work is devoted to helping women reconnect with themselves, heal at the root, and create a different future.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a consultation and explore whether this work is right for you.
My Values
DEPTH
Understanding your patterns is important, but awareness alone does not always create change. We work beyond conscious insight to address the emotional, physical, and spiritual layers shaping your experience.
INTEGRITY
We are honest about who this work is for, and what it is not. No hype, quick fixes, or spiritual bypassing. Lasting transformation requires your active participation and commitment.
EMBODIMENT
Real change is more than something you understand. It is something you feel, live, and integrate into daily life. As a practitioner, I remain committed to my own growth, continually deepening my skills and embodying the work I guide others through.
RESPECT
I hold deep respect for the nervous system, cultural context, ancestry, and personal timing. Every healing journey is unique, and the transformation that happens within one person naturally ripples outward into their relationships, family, and community.
