Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a session or purchasing any services through The Adora Method or Ka’li Adora. By booking a session, purchasing a package, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About These Services
The Adora Method is operated by Ka'li Adora, an IMDHA Accredited Somatic Hypnotherapist based in the United States. Services are provided via Zoom and include individual hypnotherapy sessions, session packages, digital products, and online courses. Clients are welcome worldwide.
Hypnotherapy is a complementary healing modality. It is not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, or licensed mental health therapy. By booking a session, you confirm that you understand this distinction and that you are not relying on these services as a replacement for professional medical or psychological treatment.
Please note that hypnotherapy services cannot be offered to individuals who suffer from epilepsy or any form of psychosis. If you are currently under the care of a medical or mental health professional, you are responsible for consulting with them before beginning sessions.
2. Eligibility
Services are available to adults aged 18 and older worldwide. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Services Offered
The Adora Method offers the following:
Individual Hypnotherapy Sessions: one-on-one sessions via Zoom addressing subconscious patterns, limiting beliefs, stored trauma, and root-cause healing.
Session Packages: Multi-session packages (3 or 6 sessions) designed for deeper, progressive healing work.
Digital Products: Downloadable audio recordings, guided hypnosis tracks, subliminal audio programs, and PDF resources.
Online Courses: Self-paced or guided digital learning experiences related to hypnotherapy, somatic healing, and personal development.
4. Session Conduct and Standards
Sessions are conducted via Zoom in a trauma-informed, collaborative manner. You are always in control and aware during a hypnotherapy session. You cannot be made to say or do anything against your will.
You agree to attend sessions in a quiet, private space free from distractions. Please do not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If you arrive under the influence, the session will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
You agree to treat Ka'li Adora with respect at all times. Abusive or threatening behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Hypnotherapy audio recordings provided as part of your sessions or purchased as digital products must not be listened to while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity requiring concentration. Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.
5. Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan option is selected. We accept all major credit cards.
International clients are welcome. All transactions are processed in USD. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.
6. Pricing and Price Changes
Ka'li Adora reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. If you have already purchased a session package, you will be honored at the rate you paid for the duration of that package. If you purchase additional sessions or a new package after a price change has taken effect, the new pricing will apply.
7. Session Packages
Session packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions after this period are forfeited without refund.
Package pricing reflects a bundled rate and is not calculated at the single session rate. Partial refunds for unused sessions within a package are calculated on a pro-rated basis determined at the time of cancellation, not at the single session rate.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Live Sessions (Single and Packages): You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-shows without notice are non-refundable.
Package Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a package after sessions have commenced, a pro-rated refund will be issued for unused sessions based on the bundled package rate, provided you cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled session.
Digital Products and Courses: All sales of digital products, including downloadable audio recordings, subliminal tracks, PDF resources, and online courses, are final. Due to the immediate digital delivery and nature of these products, no refunds or exchanges will be issued once purchase is complete.

9. Outcomes and Limitations
The agreement to work on the issues you present in no way implies or guarantees their resolution. Results vary from person to person. Ka'li will always use her best efforts and skills to work toward your goals, but no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
10. Confidentiality
All session content is kept strictly confidential. Ka'li Adora will not share information about your sessions with any third party without your written consent, except where required by law, including situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others, legal compulsion, or involvement of minors.
11. Intellectual Property
All content associated with The Adora Method, including written materials, audio recordings, course content, and session materials, is the intellectual property of Ka'li Adora and The Adora Method. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or use this content without explicit written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Adora Method and Ka'li Adora are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken as a result of hypnotherapy sessions, digital products, or course content. In no event shall Ka'li or The Adora Method be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these services. You agree to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and decisions before, during, and after engagement with any services or products.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Clients outside the United States agree that any disputes will be resolved under US jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
