What to Expect
The Reclamation is a 2-hour guided group hypnotherapy experience. The group will be guided into a deeply relaxed state and along a beautiful journey of healing and insight.
We start with breath work and a little somatic movement to help us get centered and grounded. From here I'll guide them down and be with them each step of the way.
Each person's experience is their own. Some experience deep restful relaxation and some will feel a somatic release and recalibration through the body in the form of yawns or tears.
Clients describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more in touch with their spiritual nature and internal resources. Clients also report feeling heightened intuition and clarity
I will count them up in the end in time for closing and shares.
Journey Themes
The Reclamation can be tailored to your group or offered as an open journey of healing and insight. Common themes that work beautifully in a group setting include:
The Garden of the Mind — guests are guided to identify three weeds ready to be released and three seeds they are ready to plant in their place. A powerful experience of letting go and intentional new beginnings.
The Library of the Mind — a journey inward to connect with higher wisdom and insight. Guests access their own inner knowing and leave with clarity that feels personal and specific.
Group Past Life Regression — one of the most universally beneficial journeys available in a group setting. Past life work is deeply restorative and accessible to everyone regardless of belief system or prior experience.
We can also build a session around a particular theme your group is working with — abundance, boundaries, self-trust, or anything else that feels alive for your guests.

What is your availability and how far in advance should we book?
The Reclamation is available on a limited basis. I take on a small number of retreat partnerships each season to make sure every experience gets the attention it deserves. Reaching out at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance gives us the best chance of finding a date that works for both of us.
Do you travel to the property?
Yes. Travel is factored into the investment and discussed during our inquiry call. If you're not sure whether your location works, reach out anyway and we'll figure it out together.
What is the investment?
